• No final files, access, or transfers will be provided until full payment is received.

2. Scope of Work

• The agreed package includes only the services listed at the time of purchase.
• Any additional features, pages, or revisions outside the agreed scope will require additional fees.
• Skyline Web Co is not responsible for work not explicitly agreed upon.

3. Revisions Policy

• Clients are allowed 2–3 reasonable revisions depending on the package.
• Additional revisions will be charged accordingly.
• Major redesign requests after approval may require a new project agreement.

4. Turnaround Time

• Project timelines typically range from 3–10 business days depending on complexity.
• Delays caused by the client (late responses, missing content, etc.) will extend the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

• All text, images, and branding materials
• Accurate contact information
• Timely communication

Failure to provide required materials may delay the project.

6. Ownership & Transfer

• The website becomes the client's property only after full payment is completed.
• Skyline Web Co reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

7. Hosting & Domains

• The client is responsible for all ongoing hosting and domain fees.
• Login credentials will be provided after final payment.

8. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
• If the project is canceled by the client, all payments made are forfeited.

9. Liability

Skyline Web Co is not responsible for:

• Website downtime caused by third-party services
• Security breaches after delivery
• Loss of business, revenue, or data

10. Communication Policy

• Communication will be handled via email or agreed platform.
• Clients are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.

11. Abandoned Projects

• If the client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days, the project may be marked as abandoned.
• Restarting the project may require an additional fee.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
